Subscribe through Effort’s subscription page. Stripe securely handles checkout and recurring billing.

Pitches

Send pitches to pitches@effort.news. Pitches do not necessarily need to be completed articles but should have enough information to encompass the breadth of the story, the key takeaways, and all data sources used in your story. Include a brief (fewer than 200 words) description of your relevant background and all relevant source material.

Effort is a nontraditional publication that is flexible with copywriting and design format, but extremely—some would say ridiculously—precise with data sourcing, maintenance, and presentation.
